Proving fraud in estate documents in Kalamazoo 20 years ago

Have client in Kalamazoo that bought burial plot and marker 20 years ago with husband. Husband divorced then died. She wants her marker. Burial company says she transfered rights but document shows that term regarding the memorial marker was in different handwriting and darker ink. Interesting
