Join me tomorrow on WKZO 590 AM at 9:45 a.m. to discuss the recent sexting scandal in Otsego and the possible criminal ramifications. Find out what every parent and child needs to know.  There are several criminal statutes relating to child sexually abusive material and the criminal consequences of the production, distribution, or possession of these materials are possible felony convictions.  Violators may also have to register with the Sex Offender Registry.  Kids and parents have no idea how much trouble they can get in for sending nude photos to each other of children under 18 years old.  I am always open to doing presentations to schools and parent groups about this topic.  Feel free to call me to set something up.
